a) FOUNDER TRUSTEES:-
The members who have shown keen interest and practical attitude to form a chamber in the Industrial Belt called "Pimpri Chinchwad MIDC Area, known as Asia’s Biggest Industrial Belt since last 40 years. The Promoter Trustees who took efforts for such a chamber shall be called FOUNDER TRUSTEES of chamber. They shall remain Trustees of chamber for ever and will governed the chamber by contributing time, money and responsibility to bring the objects of chamber in practical. There are 11 Founder Trustees whose list is enclosed and submitted to the Dy. Charity Commissioner, Pune for the registration of chamber as Public Charitable Trust under Public Trust Act 1950 and Maharashtra Co-operative Act 1860.

b) ORDINARY TRUSTEES:
Whenever the chambers Founder Trustees decide to have other than founder trustees extra trustees to explore and develop the various objects of chamber with view that, the excellent and expertise persons from industry, commerce, service sector, software and I.T. sector, agro based manufacturer industry, professionals of high standard and knowledge who shown his skill for industry and allied purposes will be considered by Executive Board of Founder Trustees eligible for trustee. Like this there shall be taken 10 ordinary trustees to assist the Executive Board of Trustees. The selection of ordinary trustees will be done by Founder Trustees Board.
The maximum number of Trust of chamber is fixed 21 only. The 11 trustees are founder trustees and they will be trustees for ever on the chamber as trustees. The 10 trustees will be selected out of ordinary trust membership obtained trustees. If hereinafter the number of ordinary trustees are increased above 21 (including original 11 founder trustees). trustees in whatever figure then out of ordinary trustees 10 Trustees will be chosen and appointed by Executive Board of Founder Trustees whenever they want proper to take such a decision for the development and progress of chamber in all respect.
The ordinary trustees appointed shall be equally responsible to govern the chamber along with founder trustees. They will be part of Executive Board of Trustees on their appointment from ordinary trustees to Executive Trustee on Board of Trustees.

c) MANAGING COMMITTEE MEMBER: -
The persons within the jurisdiction of chamber hereinafter desire to contribute his individual capacity, having outstanding performance in industry, service sector, software and 1.T. field industries, agricultural goods, equipments, products, pesticides and fertilizer manufacturing industries, excellence from agro development field and registered Industrial Association's representative shall be on approval of Executive Board of Trustees as Managing Committee member provided he/they has/have to compete all formalities to be a Managing Committee Member.
The members approved by Executive Board of Trustees as Managing Committee member shall have to implicate the decisions taken by Executive Board of Trustees to obtain the objects of chamber.
There shall be managing committee member's "Executive Managing Committee" appointed by Executive Board of Trustees out of persons or Associations representatives selected for such a period and such a task given to them by Board of Trustees. There shall be chairman, secretary and others members of such committee. The Managing Committee for various issues, sector, wings, products, services shall be established other than administrative level managing committee to look after for such particular subject under the control of Executive Board of Trustees.
The Managing Committee members have no "RIGHT OF VOTING" for executive Board of Trustees out of Trustee Members.

d) GENERAL MEMBER:-
Any individual or person within jurisdiction of chamber having his own industrial unit, trade, commerce, service provider business, agro based mfg., unit at middle, small scale, tinny industry, type if desires to be a member of chamber shall apply with his Bio-Data in prescribed form issued by the chamber and after acceptance of his General Membership by Executive Board of Trustees on payment of prescribed membership fees every year can be a General Member. Such General Member shall not have 'right of voting' at all. He will be provided all literature, information, booklet, chambers quarterly, monthly magazine free of cost. His knowledge and experience in particular field, products and participation in various activities of chambers programmes, functions, seminars, editorial section of chambers publications, exhibitions, will be highly appreciated and such "enthusiast industrial entrepreneurs" will be honored except right of voting all the time. Such General Members membership shall be treated their march on toward Managing Committee membership.
