Object of Trust

To help the new businessmen by giving information and guidance about the business, trade, policies of central and State Govt., Semi govt. bodies.

To protect the interest of Middle scale, Small scale and Tinny Industries.
To suggest appropriate amendments in all types of tax relating laws, to Central or State Govts., Semi Govt. Bodies, corporation, Pradhikaran Authority, prior to Budget. After announcement of such budget and Govt. policies relating to Industries the impacts on industries and common man shall be discussed in public meeting and internal meetings by the expert dignities in particulars subject.
To prepare draft of suggestions received from business man, industries; commerce, services providers, I.T. and information technology sector, agrobased Industries. The Executive Board of Trustees will study the facts and suggestions received then after final and proper suggestions, amendments draft shall be sent to Central, State Govt. or Semi Govt. Bodies for necessary amendments in their budget.
To develop and protect interest of industries, Commerce, Service Industries and Agro based Industries in the period of globalization and modern world's economical policies.
To organize seminars in India and Abroad and Conferences every year for analyzing Central, State, Semi Govt., Local Bodies, Banking, Labour Acts, Power and Electricity, Taxation, Environment, PSU Policies declared and going to be declared in the interest public and members of trust as chamber.
To guide to the members civil policies of corporation, Pradhikaran, PMRDA State and Central Govt. about construction of business houses, factory buildings. The new industrial policies for SEZ, Economical Zones, Backward areas of Industrial growth declared by State and Central Govt. The procedures to obtain these benefits etc., shall be informed to members.
To start "ONE WINDOW FACILATION CENTER" for new policies and for new entrepreneurs in industry shall be opened at Chambers Office.
To form special group out of Trustees to have dialogue with Central, State, Semi Govt. Bodies, Private International Agencies working for industrial growth. The power and electricity demand and supply systems for smooth supply to industries, the chamber will arrange, meetings with Minister of Energy Govt., of Maharashtra and India to adequate the supply as per requirements of Industries time to time.
To Generate and transist and distribution for industrial customers of MSEB in MIDC and nearby Tahsils industrial area chamber propose to establish owned "ELECTRICITY MFG. COMPANY, under the control of Executive Board of Trustees a independent company duly registered under companies act as a Ltd.,Company soon. The Board of Directors shall be appointed out of Trustees, Managing Trustees the efficient industrialist members of chamber will governed this Electricity Mfg., Co. The generated power will be distributed at economical rate first to industrial share holders of our company and extra power will be sold to Govt. for citizens at market rates at that day and time.
To represent the chamber on State, Central Level or any organization working for industries, commerce, service sector and industries and agriculture.
To arrange Exhibitions of various products, services, technical know-how, engineering educational and Management Institutions, world trade authorities, International and National Level Seminars and exhibitions to explore the market of their products. There shall be export - import policies, FERA Policies seminar for industrialist, trades want to export their products and import raw materials, plant and machineries etc., by the experts in each subject.
To increase co-operations between industries and Educational, Financial Institutions, Universities, Colleges the regular seminar will be conducted by chamber. The chamber will suggest necessary amendments in education policies of State and Central Govt. suitable for industries and employment after academic qualification to students.
To arrange pre-budget and post - budget public meeting and seminars to know the tax payers views about Govt's Economical and Taxation policies.
To find the ways of funds for development of chamber to achieve the objects of chamber time to time. To set up chamber Building Fund with due consultation with Board of Trustees.
To, appoint Managing Committee members, Chairman of Managing Committee and his sub-ordinates out of members obtained managing committee membership for implication of decisions taken by the Executive Board of Trustees to secure the objects of chambers.
The Executive Board of Trustees shall appoint a subject-wise study committees under the chairmanship of a Trustee. The such committee will consist particular subjects Managing Committee membership obtained members. The such committee will report on such issue or problems their report to the Executive Board of Trustee to enable to take final decision relating to industries, commerce, services and agriculture.
To Keep follow up by Executive Trust Board with Central, State, Semi-govt Bodies or Authorities for achievement of objects of chamber and to solve difficulties in kind of Govt. Policies.
To administrate the functions of chamber centrally. The branches at Taluka level in future shall be opened. The Sub committee appointed by Executive Board of Trustees will look after administration of Taluka or Tahsils branch of chamber to enable members from that area to know all the objects of chamber time to time. The such Taluka Sub-committee shall be headed by Trustee appointed by Executive Board of Trustees.
To have chambers owned premises can purchase the land or landed plot from Central, State Govt., Local Authority, Semi Govt. Authority, Pradhikaran, Nagarpalika, Panchayat Samittee, Grampanchayat at reasonable rate, or concession rate or free of cost, or any such facilities available from these authorities and Govts., to build up chamber's Central Administration Building.
To organize training seminars for members, tax payers, new entrepreneurs in industry, trade, services and agricultural industries free of cost or at minimum cost subject wise mutually decided by Executive Board of Trustees.
To arrange lectures for Engineering, Software, Information and Technology, Non - Technology, Agro and agricultural and any other faculties students to know about Govts. Industrial, Export - Import policies, international opportunities in all the fields of industries, educational career today and tomorrow.
To file any legal suit or legal action if, the members interest or trust objects are disturbed, hampered, damaged, OR causes to be damaged, socially, economically, Losses to businesses or trades by the decisions of Central, State, Govts., Municipal Authorities or any Local Authorities policies toward Industries, Service Industries, Commerce and Agro Industries. The Trustees will take appropriate legal action if found proper to the interest of members and trust and trustees whenever occurred.
The Executive Board of Trustees to provide and to educate well qualified engineers, administrators, minimum qualified technician workmen for the requirement of industries, service industries, Agro Industries and Trade a Engineering & MBA, College, Technical Courses centre by setting up Independent "Educational Institute" under the. Control of Executive Board of Trustees whenever they wish to do so.
The chamber can establish SEZ project for the upliftment of chambers members and non-members industrial people as per the policies today and tomorrow of central and state Govts., to support Govt., industrial policies.
The Executive Board of Trustees with the due consultation with trustees may in future can modify the objects or add the objects to achieve the objects at large interest of chamber as a trust Industrial sectors and public at large.
